We currently support airport transfers, private transportation, tours to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh and Sapa, and free travel assistance throughout Vietnam — with vehicle bookings focused on the Hanoi area.
Payments & trust
Once your booking is confirmed, we send you a secure Stripe payment link — the same payment platform used by Airbnb and thousands of other trusted businesses. Your card details are never shared with us directly. We only charge once everything is confirmed.
Sen is operated by Sen Travel LLC, a registered US company. Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe — we never ask for cash transfers or informal payments. You can verify our website at use-sen.com and reach our team directly on WhatsApp before committing to anything.
During your trip
Yes. We support same-day and short-notice requests whenever possible, though availability may vary depending on timing and location.
